What happens once the application becomes available?

Here's what to know once applications open each year:

Applications for all Uplift schools become available in mid-October for the following school year. Every application is submitted online and is available in English and Spanish, and there is no fee to apply.

A few key points:

You can apply to up to three Uplift schools on a single application and set a priority order. Submit one application per child, per school year. Applications do not roll over, so you must reapply each year.

All applications received between the October open date and the lottery in early February are entered into a random drawing for open seats at each school and grade level. A lottery is held whenever a school receives more applications than it has available spots. You'll receive an email confirmation once your application is submitted. 

Applied after the deadline? Don't worry. Applications received after the deadline are placed on the waitlist if no spots are immediately open. Uplift's waitlists move quickly, so there's still a strong chance of admission right up through the first day of the new school year.
