How to Apply

The Application Process: Follow these steps to submit an online application.

STEP 1: Verify your child’s eligibility to apply and attend an Uplift school.

  • Age requirements
  • If applying for kindergarten, the child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024.
  • Residence must be within certain geographic boundaries to apply. Refer to Geographic Boundaries
  • Documented discipline issues
  • Uplift has the right to deny admission to applicants with documented history of a criminal offense, juvenile court adjudication, or serious discipline history including expulsion or placement in an alternative education placement setting. If this information is not disclosed in the application, and is later discovered by Uplift Education, the applicant’s admission will be revoked. It is the parent’s responsibility to inform the school of any offense occurring after the date of application. Any falsifications, misrepresentations, or omissions of information regarding your child’s history may disqualify your child’s application.
STEP 2: Create a SchoolMint account https://uplifteducation.schoolmint.net/welcome To start the online application process, you will need to create a SchoolMint account and password.
  • Your Schoolmint account should be created using an email. https://uplifteducation.schoolmint.net/welcome
  • Uplift Education communicates all admissions and waitlist information via email. It will be difficult for us to communicate with families if there is no registered email.
  • If the family does not have an email, they can set one up for free on here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/56256?hl=en
  • Families can create a gmail email account using an iPhone or Android.

STEP 3: Complete the online application.

  • Enter the current information about your child’s name, grade, contact information, and select the school(s) of interest. You will need:
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate: Be sure to use your child’s legal name as it appears on the birth certificate and verify the child’s date of birth.
  • HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: An email address to receive the email confirmation.
