How does Uplift decide who gets offered a spot?
All applications received between October 16 and February 1 are placed in the “lottery” which randomly selects applicants for open spots at each school and for each grade. Applications received before the application deadline (February 1) and not drawn in the lottery are placed on the waitlist based on their randomly assigned lottery number. Applications received after the Lottery Deadline are placed on the wait list in the order in which they are received.
